2. We will reach out to you regarding your inquiry and confirm whether you would like to be placed on our waiting list. NEW in 2022: We require a $100 (non-refundable) deposit to be place on our wait list. This deposit will be credited towards the final price of your puppy. This helps us to ensure that those on our wait list truly are interested in purchasing one of our puppies, and are not just browsing. It is incredibly frustrating as both a buyer and breeder when you have an inaccurate wait list. I want to be able to give the most accurate estimate to our families of how long the wait may be.

3. When the litter is born, we will contact you as soon as possible (but within 2-3 days) with the birth announcement information. At that point,  we will confirm your place on the waiting list. Buyers will select a color and sex preference at this time. While we do our absolute best to make sure we can accommodate everyone’s preferences, we cannot guarantee color or sex preferences until puppy pick day. A $300 (non refundable) deposit will be due within 48 hours of notification in order to hold your spot on our waiting list. This deposit would only be refunded should we not be able to fulfil your requested sex or color preference on puppy "Pick Me Day". You may also choose to have your deposit payment forwarded to a future litter should you wish to be placed back at the top of our wait list.

4. At approximately 6 weeks of age, on “Pick Me Day” buyers will choose which puppy they will be bringing home in the order they are placed on our wait list /deposits received. At this time an additional $300 deposit will be required to secure the puppy in which you have picked which is due within 48 hours of established “Pick Me Day”. Should we not receive your second $300 deposit within 48 hours, your spot on our wait list will be forfeited and will be awarded to the next person on our wait list. Previous deposits would NOT be refunded in this case.

5. Join our private facebook group. This is separate from our public business page where updates from both breeder and past puppy families are posted.

6. Pick up day! At 8 weeks of age, your puppy has been dewormed every 2 weeks, received vet health check, microchipped and first set of vaccinations. He or she is ready to come home with you! Prior to pick up day, we will reach out to you to schedule your pick up day and time. It is extremely important that you arrive at your scheduled time as we typically have multiple pick ups scheduled per day and want to ensure that everyone is given ample time to pick up their puppy and ask any questions they may have. Before this date, we encourage you to stay tuned on our facebook page by enjoying photos and video updates that we post.

7.  Please note that upon picking up your puppy on Pick Up Day, you will be provided with a bag of the puppy food in which we feed our puppies. We provide this in case any families decide to change puppy food in order to give ample time to slowly make this change as this can often times cause GI upset. You will also be provided with a copy of the vet check health document from our vet visit which includes puppy vaccination information. You will be required to sign our puppy contract at the time of pick up.
